- DATA PROCESSOR Vesela Motika d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the COMPANY), headquartered in Zagreb, Martićeva 67, OIB: 14026781363 hereby informs you in accordance with Art. 12, 13. and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) about the data processing controller (the person responsible for processing personal data), who the data recipients are (persons to whom data are transferred in accordance with contracts and legal provisions), which personal data we process, for what purposes, and how long we keep the data. The company acts as a data controller within the meaning of the GDPR, and these privacy rules ("Rules") provide insight into our practices regarding the collection and processing of personal data and state the terms of use of our website.
- TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED BY THE COMPANY We collect and process personal data about you (e.g., information that can directly or indirectly identify you, especially through identifiers such as name, surname, academic title, job title, OIB, date of birth, address, phone, email, company where you are employed, location data, IP address ("Personal Data"), in the following cases:
- when you are our client,
- when you request us to send you an offer regarding our services,
- when we process data in accordance with our legal obligations (Law on Advocacy, Law on Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing, Accounting Law, tax laws)
- when you contact us via the contact form or email,
- when we process your job application or job submission,
- when you visit our website and use certain functionalities of our website. The company will not collect Personal Data unless you provide it voluntarily, except for certain Personal Data collected through information systems and programs used to operate our website, the transfer of which is necessary for the use of internet communication protocols and will not require more information than is necessary to carry out a specific activity. If you do not wish to provide Personal Data (except for Personal Data related to the use of internet communication protocols typically collected when visiting a website), you can still access our website, but you will not be able to log in to the client portal, apply for a job, or contact us.

- SECURITY AND DATA PROTECTION We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal, destruction, and any other form of unauthorized processing. Personal data is accessible only to those employees who need it to perform their job duties. Our employees and business partners are contractually obligated to respect the confidentiality of your personal data.
- YOUR RIGHTS You have the right to access your Personal Data, the right to correct your Personal Data, the right to delete your Personal Data (the right to be forgotten), the right to limit the processing of your Personal Data, the right to data portability, the right to object to the processing of your Personal Data, the right to withdraw consent, and the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency). You can exercise these rights by submitting a written request to the Company, and the Company will respond to your request without undue delay, and in any case, within 30 days from the receipt of the request.
- CHANGES TO PRIVACY RULES The company reserves the right to update these Rules at any time and without notice. Therefore, we recommend that you regularly review these Rules to be informed about how we process your personal data and what your rights are.
